By placing an order through our website or store, you make an offer to purchase the selected products or services at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order is confirmed only upon our written or digital confirmation to you.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by us.
We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available). All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Consultation appointments may be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
We deliver spiritual products across India through reputable courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tridev Official is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All products are carefully packed with reverence. If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We accept returns of physical products within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The following items are not eligible for return:
Refunds for consultation services are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No refunds are issued for consultations that have been completed, as our experts invest significant time and expertise in their preparations.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
All content on the Tridev Official website and associated materials — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Tridev Official and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
